Housing

Recent housing developments include the Fairfax Lane Town House development, consisting of 69 multi-family units and 7 single family lots. The Ravines of Devon residential subdivision is located on the south-eastern portion of Devon adjacent to the beautiful river valley park system.  Highpoint Gardens is a new duplex adult development next to the Medical Clinic and Hospital.   Future developments include expansion of the residential sector on the west side of Highway 60, as well as Phase 2 of the Ravines of Devon.

Recreation

Devon has a wide variety of recreation facilities and opportunities including golf, camping, a large trail system and water activities.  New features added in 2008 include a Splash Park, Voyageur Park and additions to the Skateboard Park.
