How to Book
Once you have decided you would like to book the venue please follow these steps:**
- Check the online calendar for availability.
- Carefully read our Terms and Conditions of use and payment / refund schedule (partial details below).
- Read the Fee Schedule for current rates: Fees.
- If your date is available and you would like to BOOK the venue, use the online booking form below.
- Your request will be checked for availability and if it is still open your request will be processed and a contract issued via the supplied email.
- The 50% deposit and credit card for security is due within 5 days of the contract being issued to you with the balance due at a later date.
- It is important to book the entire amount of time you will need for set up and cleaning.
**If you wish to see the venue, please do so before booking. Our Hall Manager will be more than happy to assist you with this and any questions you may have regarding sizes of rooms, tables, access etc. 780.718.5019.

Payment & Cancellation
Please note: your reservation will require a 50% deposit of the total cost and a credit card for security within 5 days of processing to confirm your booking.
In the event the Renter must cancel the reserved date or its function, the Renter is obligated to provide written notice (via email) to the Town of Devon within 10 days to nullify any fees being charged. Thereafter, using the timescale as outlined below. The Town of Devon shall apply a fifty ($50.00) dollar administration fee to be deducted from any deposit funds held.
More than 365 days written notice 25% deduction of Reservation Deposit
More than 180 days written notice 50% deduction of Reservation Deposit
More than 90 days written notice 75% deduction of Reservation Deposit
Less than 90 days written notice 100% deduction of Reservation Deposit
If your request is urgent we will do our best to accommodate but cannot be guaranteed due to access / availability. For urgent requests only please call 780.987.8300.
Please note: For identifying purposes your community organization and / or last name (for private bookings) will be entered on the calendar. If you OBJECT you may request that it be withheld.
